* Annual Health Medical Form Part A & B for Youth and Parts A, B, & C for Adults

* Dietary Health Form (required if scout has food allergies)

* Medication Form

  • All First Year Scouts must take periods 9:00 and 9:45 as Trailblazer  (Troop 31 does their own trailblazer program which is only two periods.)
  • If program select is two sessions, please select for each session.  Cycling and BSA Lifeguard are four periods long
  • Select program for "all" time periods.. 
  • Verify which MB you already have before signing up. Ask Mr. Jay M. if you need to check what you have taken.
  • Verify age & rank requirements
  • Make sure you complete all  prerequisites before camp, you don't want a partial!
  • IF Not Attend Week one Or two, select NOT ATTENDING for that particular week's MB classes.
  • EVEN THOUGH FORM SAYS 2015 IT IS FOR 2016.  Council will update soon the correct date on form.

    with a counselor and bring a blue card partial to camp OR do what you can at camp and take a blue card partial home.
    **Requires successful completion of the BSA Swim Test at camp (not pre-camp)
    (A) Appointment/Open Program badges will be scheduled at camp.  There is no pre-camp sign-up for these badges
    Minimum ages are required for Rifle, Shotgun, Mountain Fox, COPE, & BSA Lifeguard
    All others are set in Badge Tracker but can be over-ruled after review and request submited to Camp Director
